Residential Checklist
Residential / Recurring Cleaning Services
Throughout the entire home:
- Cleaning/dusting/polishing/disinfecting commonly touched areas
- Counters/surface areas (under knick-knacks unless instructed otherwise)
- Floors and rugs (vacuum/sweep/mop)
- Take out and replace bag in garbage’s
Kitchens:
- Front of Cupboards if needed
- Clean and polish large and small appliances
- If dishes are in sink or dry rack, we will put them (away unless instructed not to)
- Scrub Sinks/ chrome faucets and handles
Laundry Room:
- Clean the outside surface of machines (clean lint trap)
- Dispose of empty laundry soap containers
Bathrooms:
- Doors (check for dust and fingerprints)
- Countertops *lift everything and get under things* organize if needed
- Vanity Mirror
- Scrub Sink
- Chrome all spouts and fixtures (no water spots) on the sink and tub
- Scrub Shower/bathtub
- Toilet (in-out) (top to bottom) wipe down the front of the bowl
- (Use a pumice stone if any rings on the interior of the toilet)
- Hang and refold towels
Bedrooms:
- Make bed /Linen change at the client& request
- Clean tops and fronts of bedroom furniture
- Organize and special request regarding bedrooms
Living Room/Family Room:
- Dust all surfaces top to bottom (lift things if able to)
- Dust picture frames etc.
- Tidy up
