Move In/Out Checklist Includes:
- Detailed house cleaning top to bottom cleaning!
- Everything our deep cleaning checklist has and more!
- We vacuum carpets and edges
- ** Shampoo Carpet Cleaning additional charge
- We clean windows and window tracks
- We deep-clean baseboards
- We vacuum, mop, and dry hard floor surfaces (shine if necessary)
- All floors, carpets wood tile and more are vacuumed mopped and then polished
- All the flat areas are damp cloth dusted/ scrubbed if necessary)
- We hand wash and dry all countertops
- Our Goal is to INSURE your deposit is returned
- We provide detailed list that can be invoiced to you/and or landlord explaining all services received and done with pictures included upon request.
